By using services from BrandMarketingProfessionals ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These apply to all SEO, web design, and digital marketing services listed on our website.
2. Services Provided
We specialize in:

- Web Design & Development

- Link Building & Keyword Research
Service details will be outlined in individual project proposals or contracts.
3. Payments & Refunds
- 50% upfront payment required for project initiation
- Final payment due before website/SEO campaign delivery
- No refunds for completed work (e.g., delivered websites, executed SEO audits)
- Late payments incur 2% monthly interest
4. Intellectual Property
- We retain rights to proprietary SEO tools/templates until full payment
- Website design ownership transfers to you upon final payment
- You guarantee all provided content (text/images) is legally yours
5. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Outstanding payments remain due for work completed prior to termination.
6. SEO/Web Design Disclaimers
- We cannot guarantee specific Google rankings or traffic results
- Google Penalty Recovery success depends on website history and compliance
- Website performance claims assume proper hosting/maintenance
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Third-party platform changes (e.g., Google algorithm updates)
- Losses from delayed project timelines due to client feedback delays
- Data breaches caused by unsecured client hosting environments
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
